Information we collect

When you submit a form (including the Website Grader or a review request), we may collect your name, business name, email, phone, website URL, service details, and related message content. We also collect standard technical data such as pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, user agent, and referral/UTM parameters for analytics and lead attribution.

Website Grader

The Website Grader runs an automated preliminary assessment of a public website URL you submit. Contact details are stored with the lead record and are not shown on public report pages. Report pages use unpredictable IDs and are marked noindex.

Assessment data and associated lead records are retained for approximately 90 days, then expire or are deleted according to the active storage configuration. You may request deletion sooner by emailing us.

Scores are informational lab/automated results and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, accessibility compliance, or business results.

How we use information

• To deliver the report or respond to your request
• To contact you about services you asked about
• To improve our website and marketing measurement (analytics)
• To protect against spam and abuse

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and (when configured) form/CRM tooling. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We may use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics or similar tools. Analytics events for the Website Grader exclude email addresses, phone numbers, and full names.
